Introduce clients with a referral link and earn on what they move — or put the whole platform behind your own name, your own colours and your own domain. Same rails either way.
Free to join, no volume commitment. We agree your commission in writing before you introduce anyone.

Four steps, and only the first one needs anything from you.
One to start, more whenever you want them. Each carries a label you choose, so a code for a campaign and a code for a colleague stay apart in your reporting. You can pick the code itself rather than take a generated one.
Your code becomes an application page at vaulltix.com/apply/your-code. Your client fills it in there — it is deliberately a plain form, because a lot of these are completed by people who would abandon a slicker one.
We run the checks and tell you where each application is: applied, verified, active. You are not left guessing, and you are not the one collecting identity documents.
Commission is credited to your Vaulltix wallet as it is earned, with a ledger entry behind every credit. It is an ordinary balance from there — convert it, spend it on the card, or withdraw it.
Every client you introduced, and what each one has actually done. Not a monthly statement you have to take on trust — the same numbers we calculate from, per client, as they happen.
If a client of yours has stalled at verification, you will see that too. It is usually the more useful half of the screen.

The same portal your clients would use, wearing your brand instead of ours. Not a skin over a logo — the naming, the domain and the emails change with it.

Vaulltix · Classic · light — these are the real presets, not mock-ups of them. Each also ships an automatic mode that follows your client’s device. If none of the 13 fit, we will take your own values.
13 palettes across two themes, each with light, dark and automatic modes — or your own values if none of them are quite right.
Wallets, the payment tag, the exchange, the card and the banking tab all take your naming. Your clients read your vocabulary, not ours.
The portal is served from your own address rather than a subdomain of ours, so the link you send a client looks like you sent it.
Notifications go out under your sender name with your support address on them, so replies come back to your desk.
Four templates for the page a client lands on before signing in, with your own headline and sections.
Staff accounts under your partner account, each with their own sign-in, so the people onboarding clients are not passing one password around.
Worth agreeing before you sign rather than after. This is the part partnerships usually come unstuck on.

Nothing to join. You are not buying a licence or a seat — you introduce clients, and you earn on what those clients actually do. There is no minimum volume to stay on the programme.
It is agreed with you rather than published, because it is set per partner and can differ by corridor and by client. We will put the rate in writing before you introduce anyone, and it is visible against every transaction in your portal once you are live.
Commission is credited to your Vaulltix wallet as your clients transact, not on a monthly invoice cycle. It lands as a normal balance you can convert or withdraw like any other, and every credit has a ledger entry behind it you can open.
Yes. Partner staff accounts sit under your partner account with their own sign-in, so the people who actually onboard and support your clients are not sharing one password. You control who has one.
Introducing a client is not the same as handling their money, and the money never touches your accounts. But what counts as a regulated activity depends on where you and your clients are, and we cannot advise you on that — take your own legal advice before you start, and tell us what you are permitted to do so the agreement matches it.
Referring means your clients use Vaulltix and know it. White-label means the portal carries your name, your colours and your domain, and your clients see your brand throughout. You can start by referring and move to white-label later; the referral tracking works the same either way.
Day to day, you do — you own the relationship, and that is usually why a client came through you rather than to us directly. Anything that needs access to the payment rails, a compliance decision or a provider comes to us, and we would rather you escalate early than guess.
Whether that is a handful of clients you already look after or your own platform with our rails underneath it — start with a conversation, and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
